When a homeowner accepts a quote, cleaning opportunities are offered to qualified partners based on location, availability, service requirements, and other factors.

Prime Care Cleaning Co. connects homeowners with qualified cleaning professionals. We handle marketing, customer communication, scheduling, and support. When a homeowner books a cleaning, qualified partners may receive an opportunity based on their service area and availability.

Can I choose which jobs I accept?

Yes. You are never required to accept a cleaning opportunity. You can review the details and decide whether it makes sense for your schedule and business.

How is pricing determined?

Homeowner pricing is based on several factors including:

Home size, Home condition, Cleaning type, Location, Special requests, & Estimated labor required.

How much will I get paid?

The payout amount is provided before you accept a cleaning opportunity so you can decide whether you'd like to take the job.

Do you guarantee jobs?

No. Approval into the network does not guarantee a certain number of opportunities. Job volume depends on homeowner demand, service area coverage, seasonality, and partner availability.

Is there a fee to join?

No. There are no application fees, membership fees, startup fees, or monthly fees to join our network.

When do I get paid?

Payment is issued after the cleaning has been completed and all required completion verification has been submitted and approved. Payment details and timelines will be provided during onboarding.
